Job Description
Team Leader (Sales) Primary roles & responsibilities include:  Responsible for supervision of overall sales activities  Achieve sales target and manage collections  Develop and manage broker network and channel partner network  Keep check for proper functioning of channel partners  Develop, manage and mentor front-line sales team  Should have prior understanding for sale of residential and commercial projects  Should be capable to initiate sales from pre-launch stage  Understand and review site sales office requirements on regular basis  Arrange presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals with corporate clients  Coordinate with Customer Service/Back Office for documentation Basic requirements include:  Think out-of-box  Good leadership and team management skills  Knowledge of sales planning, execution and competitive analysis  Understanding the customer mindset and product  Excellent communication skills with good academic background  Sales experience in real estate sector, preferably residential projects Minimum qualification: Graduate (Completed) Salary: INR 3Lacs per annum (Based on academic credentials) Benefits: Incentives + Food + Transportation Facility Working hours: Day shift Gender: Male /Female
