Job Description
Account Executive - Finance • Scrutinize payment vouchers for its correctness with supporting vouchers (daily) • Posting Receipts to FAS from CRM, Scrutiny of ledger accounts weekly for 100% accuracy. • Collecting Bank statement from Banks within 5th of every month • Preparing all Bank's BRS within 7th of every month with 100% accuracy • Posting non-receipts from CRM to FAS on daily basis or weekly • Reconcile relevant ledgers for accuracy and confirming proper posting is done • Employees Gratuity & Salary provision on a monthly basis 100% accuracy • Consultancy provision on a monthly basis • Handling and maintaining day to day petty cash and accounting same in the books with 100% accuracy • Reconcile relevant ledgers for accuracy and confirming proper posting is done • Maintain relevant vouchers & supporting documents as proof of entries • Maintain Credit card statements & posting relevant entries in the books • Vendor bills receipt, verify & post the same in purchase journals with 100% accuracy • Release payouts within due date and enter the same in books with 100% accuracy
